Cenotes, the Oasis in the Mayan jungle - dive in this spectacular caverns

Tulum and Riviera Maya are home to a dense and green jungle with fresh water natural sink holes scattered throughout the jungle, this water runs like veins throughout the jungle. These veins are the caverns and caves branching below the junlge surface and connecting the systems.

Diving conditions can not be better: crystal clear freshwater, no current, supervisibility and stunning cavern enviroment, stalagmites, stalactites, light beams, haloclines, air domes. Water temperature all year round is 24 C - 75 F. They are in general shallow dives between 8 meters - 25 ft and 14 meters - 47 ft, there are also deep cenotes like Pit and Angelita only for Advanced divers.

Cenotes can be classified by its kind of entrance: with opened or semi-opened entrance like Ponderosa or Jardín del Eden, Car wash or Aktunha, Calavera or Temple of Doom, Pit and Angelita or with room entrance like Chak Mool, Tajmahal, Dos Ojos, Dream Gate and Gran Cenote.

There are not words to describe these natural beauties, you have to see, feel and explore by yourself
Who can dive in cenotes ? any certified diver with good control of your buoyancy. For the deep cenotes you need to be Advanced diver.
